Delete Your Account
How to delete your account
- Open Sidestand and go to Garage → Settings (gear icon).
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and you are signed out.
How to request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email help@arcturusdc.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Sidestand account deletion". We will action the request within 30 days and confirm when complete.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in linkage (Google / Apple / Microsoft)
- All bikes, odometer readings, rides, trips, and maintenance history
- All map pins, documents, and uploaded photos
Important notes
- Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery.
- Active subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Anonymous diagnostic records (crash logs) that contain no personal data may persist for a short period before rotating out.
