These Terms of Use govern your use of the Android version of the Sprocket app (“Sprocket”, “the app”).

By downloading or using Sprocket, you agree to these terms.

1. About Sprocket

Sprocket provides voice and text assistance designed to simplify everyday phone tasks, reminders, explanations, and memory support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
• Upload malicious content
• Use the app to store passwords, banking details, or one-time passcodes
• Rely on the app for emergency services or urgent medical advice

4. AI-generated content

Sprocket uses AI-generated responses provided through third-party services such as OpenAI.

Responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

You remain responsible for decisions made using information provided by the app.

5. Reminders and notes

Reminder and memory features are provided for convenience only.

We do not guarantee reminders will always be delivered successfully due to device settings, connectivity, battery restrictions, or operating system limitations.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription through Google Play.

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing.

We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

7. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any connected account.

We may suspend or restrict access where abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimer

Sprocket is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
