Clear your data in the app
You can permanently remove notes, reminders, and other local app data from your device:
Open the Sprocket app.
Go to Settings.
Choose Clear My Data and confirm. This removes local content and signed-in backups of notes and reminders as described in the privacy policy.
Request account or server data deletion
If you signed in with Google (or another method the app supports) and want your account and associated server-held data deleted, email us from the address linked to your account where possible.
Send to help@arcturusdc.com with the subject line Sprocket data deletion request and describe what you need removed (for example: full account deletion, or specific data categories).
We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
What is typically deleted
- Your Sprocket account record (where an account exists)
- Backed-up notes and reminders tied to that account
- Associated usage or entitlement records we can unlink after verification, subject to fraud-prevention and legal requirements
Retention period
Deletion window
Verified account and associated data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Selective data-deletion requests are also handled within 30 days of verification where feasible.
Aggregated or anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
Important notes
- Deleting your Sprocket account or data does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Manage purchases and refunds in your Google Play account.
- If you use subscriptions or entitlements managed via Google Play or third-party tooling (for example RevenueCat), removal of account data may affect restore behaviour; contact us if you need help after deletion.
