Delete Account or Data

Sprocket account deletion, data deletion, and retention

What this page covers

This page explains how to clear data inside the Sprocket app, how to request deletion of your account and associated server-held data, what is removed, what we may retain for a limited time, and how Google Play purchases relate to account deletion.

Clear your data in the app

You can permanently remove notes, reminders, and other local app data from your device:

Step 1

Open the Sprocket app.

Step 2

Go to Settings.

Step 3

Choose Clear My Data and confirm. This removes local content and signed-in backups of notes and reminders as described in the privacy policy.

Request account or server data deletion

If you signed in with Google (or another method the app supports) and want your account and associated server-held data deleted, email us from the address linked to your account where possible.

Email request

Send to help@arcturusdc.com with the subject line Sprocket data deletion request and describe what you need removed (for example: full account deletion, or specific data categories).

We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
